Here's a quick and easy, delicious, tangy healthy snack. They're amazing. My Mom's Recipe!
Sweet Cucumbers
1 English Cucumber, thin sliced
1/3 Cup of Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup of Water
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Take the Vinegar, water, sugar, salt & pepper and marinade the cucumbers 1 day before you are planning to eat them :)
That's it! How "sweet and simple" is that!
